Bach Flower Remedies

Bach flower remedies were conceptualized by Dr. Edward Bach. These remedies are determined as an alternative health remedy or a homoeopathic remedy. Though Dr. Bach was skilled and trained as the conventional physician, he started to feel that sentiments played a significant part in the complete health of the patient.

Taking this idea in mind, Dr. Bach started to explore the immediate and straight relationship between the illness and the sentimental disharmony. He also felt that the different symptoms which were associated with the illness were actually the result of the external reflection of the negative sentiments and emotions. Generally, Dr. Bach felt that harmful sentiments were responsible for causing diseases. In the 1930’s, Dr. Bach moved to Oxfordshire, England in order to experiment with the plant’s healing attributes.

Dr. Bach started by classifying sentiments or emotions into basic seven categories. These categories were further subdivided into 38 negative sensations and notions. Each sensation and notion was related with a plant. For instance, Impatiens is utilized for impatience and the Star of Bethlehem is utilized for curing the shock state.

Until the time he was completely done, he had perfect 38 individual Bach flower remedies. These remedies are actually consumed in oral form. The Bach flower remedies are present in alcohol grounded liquids which are added with a dropper to drinks such as water. For occasions, these remedies are converted into creams.

Every Bach flower remedy is found to balance the emotional and physical elements of the human body. There is a belief that each Bach flower remedy is straightly associated to a certain area of the human body. As per Dr. Bach, negative humours are actually responsible for altering the structure of the energy in defined spots of the human body. This further leads to sensations and pains. A body map is utilized in order to find the correct area in the human body.

The Bach flower remedies are prepared differently in two ways. The first method is to pick up the flowers on just a complete sunny day. After that the flowers are placed in a bowl with fresh water. This mixture is placed in the sun in a steep manner for about 4 hours. Sun is responsible for passing the flower’s vibes into the water. After straining the mixture, same amount of alcohol is further added to act like a preservative. It has to be stored in a jar made of glass.

The second is the alternative method known as cooked method used for the flowers. The flower buds or flowers are placed into water and then are boiled. The heat is used to pass the vibes of the flowers. After filtering it, equal amount of alcohol is then added and finally stored in a glass jar.

This method is not known to many of the people, but it has got some great healing power. Believe it or not, but one surely gets relief from these remedies.
